17 September 2022

Swift Temps Redditch office.

An expanding recruitment firm based in Redditch has moved to a brand-new office in Moons Moat.

Managing Director, Damian Lee left his Senior Recruitment role in Birmingham to Launch Swift more than six years ago, at the time using his home as collateral, the risk paid off and the company now has seven offices across the West Midlands and Northwest England.

The company specialises in placing workers in industrial, engineering, commercial and legal sectors in both temporary and permanent positions across Worcestershire.

The new office in Moons Moat is more than four times the size of their previous office.

Mr Lee said: “We’re heading into peak season for our clients as they look to scale their staff numbers up to cope with increased seasonal demand.

“Having lived in Redditch my whole life, it’s a personal ambition of mine to help the people of Redditch back into work during these difficult economic circumstances.”
